All these manufacturers employ us directly as in warranty service agents. This means it does not matter where you purchased your Microwave or Combi oven you can call us directly and we will take care of all the paper work, and the repairs, leaving you free to carry on running your business.

Our service area consists of the majority of Kent and Sussex. We carry a large range of spares for all manufacturers on our vehicles and aim to repair all machines at a single visit.

For out of warranty work we also cover other manufacturers equipment, offering the same level of support. Typically in addition to the above, are Merrychef, Mealstream, Hobart, Philips, Menumaster, Electrolux, Maestrowave, and even a few less expensive types.

All our work and parts fitted carry a 90 day warranty, with magnetrons carrying a full year parts only warranty. Abuse, and accidents are excluded, of course.

At our St. Leonards workshop we offer a full inspection and estimate service at an all inclusive price of just £10.00 If your machine cannot be repaired, and you request it, we will even dispose of it within that single charge. On the other hand if we can repair it, and that is 99% of the time, and assuming of course you accept our very reasonable estimate, which most people do, we even credit your inspection fee towards the repair.

Local Government and Educational facilties can setup an immediate credit facilty, large companies who only deal on invoice are dealt with on an individual basis. Smaller businesses without a trading record with us will be asked to pay on the day, on completion of the repair.
